Summary.

I decided to make this blog as a way of helping with the stress and homesickness, that apparently I will go through. At least that is what all the books said. One of those books even recommended making a blog and when googling the japanese university I even found a blog written by a girl who went to my university. The long winded point is that this post is a basic summary of my blog. A blog which is about my experiences studying abroad in Japan. I will explore cities, visit castles, temples, and shrines, and try to myth-bust the perception of Japan through modern pop culture. Of course, the pop culture thing is mostly about my love affair with manga, anime, and JRPGs. However, those who share my love, or those who don't, can ask me question about Japan or the Japanese and I will ask the Japanese. It is not as quick as google, it is probably more reliable information. One last thing, the Japanese have more guidelines about cleanliness than American's do. (I don't know if I worded that right). The Japanese do not wear shoes inside, however in places wear going around in socks would be bad they wear slippers. For example, schools. Just in case, I bought a pair to wear that I might need in temples or shrines or ect.
